When traveling with a baby it is important to travel with a carrier and/or a stroller.

It might seem easier to babywear rather than carry around all of your tiniest family member’s bulky accessories. However, packing a stroller is more convenient in the long run and totally worth the extra hassle at security. Added perks? Having a stroller with you can double as an airport luggage cart!! You can throw all of your carry on stuff on the stroller and wheel it instead of carry it!

The majority of airlines allow early boarding for families with small children! Take advantage of this perk and get on early so you have time to get situated.

We’re talking about packing. Yes. Pack EXTRA! When packing for your trip, be sure to keep every possible outcome and circumstance in mind. Extra clothing for those ever convenient diaper explosions. Snacks and fluids! Baby wipes are your friend! You get where we’re going with this.

Dress your baby in layers.

Depending on your destination, and any stops in between, you could be going through a wide range of temperatures throughout your day. If baby get’s fussy, consider removing a layer. Nobody wants to be hot and grumpy.
