Wobble Cafe

This Ossining restaurant was designed with your fussiest restaurant goer in mind. It’s as kid-friendlyas it gets for a restaurant where your kids are encouraged to play in their clean indoor play areas while parents enjoy their meal.Your kids will be begging you to bring them to The Wobble Cafe and you’ll never have to worry that they’ll get fussy or cranky at the table. They welcome children with food allergies and accommodate dietary restrictions, which is incredibly valuable to parents of kids with allergies. Wobble Cafe also has fun events that are designed specifically for your little chefs in the making.

Yellow Brick Cafe

Although it doesn’t have a specified children’s menu, the Yellow Brick Cafe has a habit of mesmerizing the kids with a view of boats on the river and a look inside the kitchen as their food is cooking. The cafe can get a little crowded during peak hours, so it’s not our first choice for a quick dinner but they have a great classic menu. They have all the casual charm of a 50’s soda shop and make authentic hand-blended milkshakes. With a playground right across the street, there’s plenty of incentive for your kids to finish their meal.

Black Cat Cafe

This cash only coffee shop has more than just a good cup to perk you up, it’s a great breakfast and lunch spot for the kiddos. They use fresh, local and organic products throughout their menu and have a little something for everyone. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly, with a rotation of local art carefully decorating the space. The Black Cat Cafe will be a go-to favorite with your kids, especially with their kids only nutella panini.

Sweet Grass Grill

This casual and locally sourced restaurant is family friendly but still fancy enough to keep in your back pocket for a date night. Sweet Grass has a comfortable atmosphere and a great menu that satisfies even the pickiest eater at your table. Save room for dessert, because you won’t want to miss these sweet treats at Sweet Grass. We wish they had a bigger kid’s menu, but can’t complain with all the fresh local flavors and plenty of craft beers, local wine and cocktails for parents.
